MB.ChB, CCFP \u2022 Family and Emergency Medicine Physician<\/h2><\/div>
Dr. Lotze graduated from Medical school in 2005 in South Africa and immigrated to Canada where she has practiced both Family and Emergency Medicine since 2008.\u00a0Dr Lotze has a special interest in woman\u2019s health \u2013 sexual medicine and cosmetic gynaecology.<\/p>\n

Dr. Lotze had practised medicine both as a family physician and emergency physician for many years. Combining the knowledge, she has been part of a successful team at an urgent care clinic since 2013.\u00a0Dr. Lotze holds an adjunct faculty of medicine position with the University of Northern British Columbia Medical Program, working with students and residents in the undergraduate Medical Program.\u00a0Dr. Lotze has been part of the Sexual Assault team for northern BC since 2015.\u00a0Dr. Lotze retired from Emergency medicine after working since 2012 as a member of the UHNBC emergency medicine team.<\/p>\n

Dr. Lotze has refocused her interest and is currently enhancing her skills in Cosmetic Gynaecology and Sexual Health.\u00a0She hopes to create a space for woman\u2019s and men\u2019s sexual health, cosmetic gynaecology procedures and BHRT.<\/p>\n

  1. Sexual Health for both men and woman incorporate all aspects of hormone replacement, libido support, mental health support and stress management, allowing patients to age with improved vitality.<\/li>\n
  2. Cosmetic Gynaecology \u2013 Dr. Lotze will use her knowledge attained from a Certification from the Bader Medical Institute in London to do procedures such as: labiaplasty, hoodectomy, vaginal tightening, labial filler and other procedures for both men and woman such as the O-shot and P-shot.<\/li>\n
  3. Hormone replacement for both men and woman are integral part of aging and this is something Dr. Lotze will use to support patients physically and for sexual health and mental health and stress management.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
